Iran is a country that ethnic social cleavage among it to be activated. In other word we have some ethnic that they have no ethnic requested. The main question is that what is the causes of this divergences? Ethnicities like other social subject has causes, process and consequences. Most of ethnicity theory concentrated on causes more than process and consequences. The last theories have been a historical process and attend to many dimension of case. Most of them have been a reduction view and ignore multidimensional of ethnic complexities. The goal of this study is apply a new conceptual theory for this Issus. This work is in the same way and try to establish new approach to descript and explanation ethnic subjects. This new concept is integrated theory and consist three complex variables. These variable are; differential variable, discrimination variable and consciousness one. This work is suitable for quantities and qualities research in ethnic studies.
